Please remember to bring your Driver’s License into the school office and you will also need to fill out paperwork. You will be responsible for driving the school truck (unless you have your own vehicle that can pull a trailer) with the trailer to/from the competition.

We need 3 people to provide 3 dozen cookies each. These can be dropped off and does not require attendance at the event.

Set out snacks and water, help keep the area clean and manage trash and recycle containers, clean up after the kids are done.

Loading on and off the trailer, and moving on and off the field. Requires a bit of lifting and sometimes a fair bit of walking.

Will assist in getting the percussion instruments, speakers and props to the field and set up accordingly.
