We need 3 people to provide 3 dozen cookies each. These can be dropped off and does not require attendance at the event. Need to be dropped of before the band departs for the competition.

Set out snacks and water, help keep the area clean and manage trash and recycle containers, clean up after the kids are done.

Loading on and off the trailer, and moving on and off the field. Requires a bit of lifting and sometimes a fair bit of walking.

Pull the Band Trailer, either using personal vehicle or the school's truck. Mr. Range has more information.
